Garbage. Almost sitting here an hour now - first told (35 minutes into waiting), that they were waiting for the Orland office to send my chart. I told her twice that I never went to that office. Then I informed her that I went to the Valmoth office. I called today to just get information on wisdom teeth removal. I was on hold for 6 minutes just for the girl (who rudely answered and was annoyed I wanted information on how to go about getting them pulled) to put me back on hold because she was transferring me to the girl up front. Sat on hold for another 4 minutes and hung up. As I read other reviews I should have expected nothing less!
My husband had try to go there cuz he have a toothache and they haven't do anything yet cuz they want to do a lot of work on him something he don't even ask it been 3 weeks already from the 1st appointment and nothing because they are waiting on the insurance. And plus they going to charge some amount i feel they just care about the money
I would give it 5 stars back then...I became a patient probably the 1st week they opened. Employees were friendly, you could do payment plans and even when I brought my infant in and she began fussing 1 of my favorite workers would come get her and rock her. I dont even think that employee works there anymore. Now, this office has become money hungry. Don't go to Aspen Dental, at any location, ever! This review is for the financial department. They make you pay a fee up front based on what your insurance will cover but guess what... you end up paying much more then quoted. My last visit was September 2016. I checked my bill in December and there was a zero balance. I always pay my bills on time. Apparently I was sent a bill in April 2017 and another in June 2017, which I never received. I thought the X-ray tech mumbled through her mask and I couldn't understand her. She was just going through the motions. They are a hard sell and want a commitment to a full treatment plan. For a first time patient my experience was horrible. I arrived 15 min early to fill out new patient paperwork. I was led to the back around 4:20. My xrays were taken after which I was placed in an exam room. The front desk associate and office manager came back to retrieve info I had already given them. After being kept waiting in the office for over 50 mins the dentist came in and began to examine my teeth. When I told her that we were there for dentures, not to pull any teeth, she claimed it couldn't be done. She wanted to pull out the teeth I had left and make full dentures. She said she couldn't make a partial for the top. I already have one it just doesn't fit properly because of my weight loss. so It CAN be done.
