My husband went in to get a tooth pulled. He's been in pain, which I explained when the appointment was made. He went in, missed a half day of work. All they did was x-rays and a $4000.00 consultation. Told him come back tomorrow for the extraction. So more missed work. Extremely unprofessional. He will be going back for the extraction, after that never again.

Got me in there charged me for appt took x ray although I had x rays e mailed over sat for an hour had 5 min consultation to tell me there are no openings until June 22nd to get teeth pulled. Wtf.

They don't use quality products, yet they charge you a fortune. Don't use their services they do lousy work and then they don't honor their mistakes.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY FIRST VISIT IS FREE - IT IS NOT. I scheduled an appointment and wanted to wait until I could pay. I was told that first appointments are free if you don't have dental insurance and could be seen that day. I came in and told the front desk lady that I didn't have insurance to make sure, in case I need to reschedule when I could pay. She said the same thing the person on the phone said. I told her I had a DISCOUNT card but not insurance. She said oh - then scanned it and kept trying to call C... read more

Aspen dental is all about quantity and not quality. The doctor spent about 2 1/2 minutes in the room with me didn’t say but three words. I had lots of questions that went on answered. She wrote me a script for drugs and did not explain them at all. Did not even know I was getting drugs until the pharmacy called and said they were ready. This doctor is a disgrace should not be allowed to practice.

I will never take my mom, who has dementia back to them again. I took her there to get 2 back teeth pulled. They would not let me go back with her. She was SCREAMING the whole time!!!! They wouldn’t allow me to go back. They obviously did not numb her or give her gas!!!! It was horrific!!!! There is no reason that her face should have been bruised up like it was NONE. How they got 3 out of 5 stars is beyond me when I can’t give a rating.
