I'm having extensive work done in the coming weeks, and they were so helpful with talking about what to expect and even took care of how payments will work the very first visit. The staff was very nice and had a great sense of humor. I didn't mind waiting for the Dr. either. Because if they're that busy, then I know they're good. I would recommend aspen Dental to anyone, and I'm looking forward to smiling again! Thank you Aspen Dental! smile emoticon

I had 4 teeth pulled and Aspen Dental has exceeded my expectations. I have very very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to childhood experiences, and the staff and dr has treated me so well. I am so glad I chose them!

Holy HIPPA violators! My husband saw them in August 2023, they told him he needed a root canal and that they would get back to him about an appointment. They didn't, he called for a few weeks, no call back as he kept getting their voicemail. Fast forward to now as he's now in intense pain after giving up- he walks in Wednesday 4/3. No one is at the front desk. He calls them while standing there and watches a woman walk over to the ringing phone and hit ignore. Well now we know why no one answers the phone. He finally ge... read more

Called to ask about getting my son’s 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. They won’t tell me if they offer general anesthesia unless I pay to come in for a consult first. I’m not wasting my insurance yearly max to come in for a consult only to possibly find out they don’t do general anesthesia. Absolutely ridiculous. If you won’t answer a simple question so a patient doesn’t waste time, money, and time off work, you have no respect for your patients and are not the type of provider I want to deal with. Calling elsewhere!

After scheduling my wisdom tooth extraction almost 2 months ago for May 27th at 8am, I should up on time for my appointment and no one is there. I waited 2 months to get in, am out of the antibiotics and ibuprofen they prescribed me due to the pain, and now who knows when I can get back in. I took time off work, paid for and scheduled a baby sitter and am unable to get them removed due to no one showing up for my appointment. I’m extremely upset.

We were searching for an emergency dentist close to our home. Aspen was the first place we saw. Website stated “Emergencies and Walk-In’s welcome” We arrived at 7am when they opened and were informed they were too booked with scheduled appointments to take walk-in’s or emergencies. I can’t schedule an appointment for an emergency! And they didn’t care - told us to call a number and see if they could help. Don’t recommend wasting your time if you are in pain and need help - don’t go to Aspen. False advertising.

Specifically scheduled an appointment to see an oral surgeon, get to appointment to find out no oral surgeon appointment, they stated I needed a consultation first. I asked who is my consultation with because I did not see a dentist, the receptionist said with me!!! Yes my consultation was with the receptionist who told me I needed to see an oral surgeon which is exactly what I said on the phone when I scheduled the appointment!!! Never going back and will be calling my insurance to inform them of my terrible experience!!!!

Buyer Beware! All they want is your money. I spent approx $20,000 at Aspen Dental which is owned by this wannabe dentist Sean Schafer for dentures, I had no problems with the upper denture but nothing but problems with the lower "Implant" denture that does NOT function as advertised now he won't stand behind his 7-year warranty trying to sell me 2 more implants for an additional $13,000 which aren't needed because before they did the final reline after I was healed. I NEVER had a problem and could eat anything, ever since... read more
