Take up all the mouse traps in the waiting room! My husband went there for a tooth ache. He had a 9:00 appointment and we did not leave until 11:30. My husband was bleeding so bad, after two extractions, we had to go back at 3:30 p.m. After waiting for an hour and a half I asked the receptionist if she could let me know how my husband was. NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL ANYWHERE!!! I went there (in Highland/Schererville on Indianapolis Blvd) for a growth under my tongue that kept morphing. Referred to oral surgeon(?) there and saw him after 2 weeks. He referred me back to the dentist. After all the steroids and antibotics with this "growth" morphing and UTIs from the meds, I took a chance and contacted a ENT who promptly saw me. Surgery scheduled immediately. First visit when I went to the Aspen dental the first issue I had was with the hygienist. When I started getting build up of saliva in the back of my throat. I asked the hygienist if she could use the suction machine on me. She told me "it was just my own spit and to swallow it". Secondly, when I went back for a scheduled deep cleaning it was scheduled for 12 pm. I arrived at 11:50 am and approximately 20 minutes later, the receptionist told me that it would be 10 min. When I was called to confirm my appointment and get some info, I told her I was coming for denture reline. I asked if I would get dentures back the same day and she said yes. When I arrived for my Friday 8 o’clock appointment, I filled out paperwork and was taken in back for X-rays then placed in room. Soon the dentist came in, 10 minute exam, she told me I would need to leave my dentures there till Monday! I said that’s not happening. I said I was told I would get them same day. She said we are only open half day on Friday.... read more

I would absolutely not recommend not because I’m unhappy with the dental work but because the customer service has been absolutely infuriating to say the least. I’m in a situation where I have to finish getting dental work done there but after this I am finding a new dentist.

Bridge was not delivered to me yesterday until I pay in Full. My Insurance says don't pay until work is done and I am satisfied with the work. They pay first and I pay my portion after they have fulfilled their contractual agreement. WHO PAYS FOR SERVICES BEFORE THEY RECEIVE THEM?🤔 I was forced to pay a deposit ($250.00) before they did the bridge preparation. 😡 Have no idea if the bridge is made properly for me. 😫 AGAIN, WHO PAYS IN FULL FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED?😖 Meanwhile, I will grieve this practice with my Insuranc... read more

I really loved this place until I came from for my visit to find out the technician completely messed up and now I have to come back in 2 weeks. Such an inconvenience and no one did anything to compensate for their mistake! I’m extremely disappointed

Tanya is wonderful, but customer service is horrible. I spent 19 minutes on hold and then was disconnected, I called back and busy signal called back a 3rd time to make an appointment because of a letter I received to find out the appointment can't be made until Feb. why send me a letter now. I was called a couple months back and told I owed money, whe I said no I was overcharged and they owe me a credit I still haven't heard from anyone to receive my credit. Money is their first priority getting it not paying back customers... read more
