Great place and wonderful people. I want to mention in particular dental hygienist Erika Guillen. She is very patient (and I am not an easy patient myself, with very sensitive gums and extreme gag reflex). She speaks Spanish, too. In fact, I believe most staff members are bilingual. Highly recommended. Gracias a todo el wonderful team de Aspen Dental!

The dental hygenist at my old family dentist in town told my brother that after their dentist retires that we should all take our business to Lubbock. That is a ridiculous sentiment for a multitude of reasons, but I digress. I took a chance on Aspen Dental because a) it was close to me, b) it was in my network, and c) it still looks like a brand new place inside and out. I went in today with a pain on my left side of my mouth. I thought it was a cavity or something like that. It turns out I clench my jaw and it's causing me pain in my jaw. I need a night guard in here about $500. I husband was just diagnosed with cancer and he got out of the hospital today. He's been out of work for 2 months. They are very kind and understanding there. They put me on a payment plan which is very affordable. They are very thorough and very kind. I highly recommend Aspen Dental above all of you.

Aspen Dental's service took a complete 180 turn. Six months ago a doctor I had never seen before checked my teeth. He proceeded to ask me to show him how I floss. I understand guiding folks through techniques, but his manner was rude and unnecessary. This was after I waited for him over 30 minutes after my cleaning. A week or so ago I received what I thought was an erroneous email saying I needed to call to reschedule. I received a similar email this morning. My son went to have his tooth pulled because he was in pain the dr pressured and pressured him to pull more than the one he needed. He finally walked out and went to a dentist who did the one he wanted and didn't try and bully him.
