7/6/23 I arrived at 7:30 AM to get my tooth looked at. I went to the front Desk to sign and there was no pen I went to sit down. She told me I needed to sign in. I asked for a pen she tossed it to me I figured right then she didn't like me. She told me there were one open so she took my insurance while I sat down to look for my insurance card, a lady walked in behind me With no insurance no appointment she told her she can have an appointment at 9:30 AM. The dental hygenist at my old family dentist in town told my brother that after their dentist retires that we should all take our business to Lubbock. That is a ridiculous sentiment for a multitude of reasons, but I digress. I took a chance on Aspen Dental because a) it was close to me, b) it was in my network, and c) it still looks like a brand new place inside and out. I had extractions performed through Aspen Dental Hobbs and my procedure and post-op care was very concerning from both the dentist and Oral Surgeon. I now have a new dentist and a new Oral Surgeon, since the Oral Surgeon who performed extractions won't see me post-op, who share in their opinion that I received poor treatment and care. I have been been told I have nerve damage a month into recovery. I'm thankful for my local dentist and suggest trying your local dentist before giving Aspen Dental a shot

I went in today with a pain on my left side of my mouth. I thought it was a cavity or something like that. It turns out I clench my jaw and it's causing me pain in my jaw. I need a night guard in here about $500. I husband was just diagnosed with cancer and he got out of the hospital today. He's been out of work for 2 months. They are very kind and understanding there. They put me on a payment plan which is very affordable. They are very thorough and very kind. I highly recommend Aspen Dental above all of you.
