Failed to mention the Aspen insurance program so they pocketed an extra $100 off my elderly mother. The office manager has the ability to make the situation right and refused. The traveling dentist was pretty darn good so she gets her own star.

the front staff and the dental hygienist are great. the dentist on the other hand is horrible. I had a tooth pulled on Wednesday and before I could get home, my mouth was throbbing with pain, so I took Tylenol to ease the pain, but didn't help. I agonized with the pain until Friday when I broke down and called the dental office telling them of my problem. the receptionist had me come in that day, fearing I had developed dry socket. when the dentist came in to examine my mouth, and he barely glanced at the problem and very ru... read more

I had extractions performed through Aspen Dental Hobbs and my procedure and post-op care was very concerning from both the dentist and Oral Surgeon. I now have a new dentist and a new Oral Surgeon, since the Oral Surgeon who performed extractions won't see me post-op, who share in their opinion that I received poor treatment and care. I have been been told I have nerve damage a month into recovery. I'm thankful for my local dentist and suggest trying your local dentist before giving Aspen Dental a shot
