Made an appointment for a cleaning and tooth pain MONTHS ago. And they had the decency to call me at 7 PM the night before my 8 AM appointment to cancel on me after I took off from work to be there. So I called first thing in the morning and they tell me I can’t get in until November so I said I’d just take my business elsewhere. I had an extreme pain due to two bad teeth. They took me in even though I didn't have an appointment. The staff was kind and caring. I ended up having the two teeth pulled. So grateful to Aspen Dental.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted here. At the last minute they switched my billing from a regular to a horizontal extraction and it jacked my billing and insurance up. I’ve been in a insurance dispute and had to repeatedly request aspen dental to provide a narrative of the procedure so I could get the proper coverage from my insurance company. I made an appt with aspen dental specifically for a consult for a tooth extraction for my wife. The tooth was chipped and crumbling and extremely painful. When I spoke to the receptionist she informed me that they dont accept her insurance (medicare) but the first visit would be absolutely free and then we could go from there with payments for the extraction. ASPEN only cares about getting the most money absolutely possible. I gave this place way to much money for more work then I needed. This was corroborated by 2 other dentists. This place wants to pull every single tooth rather it’s good or not and throw you into dentures to make maximum amount of cash as possible. In the beginning they are very pleasant and attentive but once they get your money they leave you sitting in waiting room for ever and rush you through when finally called.

Due to a change in our dental insurance last year, we had very few dentist options. Although we hadn't ever heard good things about Aspen, we decided to give it a shot because it was the closest option. From day one, it seemed they were more concerned with money than providing the best treatment. They kept telling us we needed extra services that our insurance didn't cover. The only reason I gave them a 3 was because they didn't let me know in advance that I would have to pay them. I have a treatment plan and pay it monthly so it was a shock to be told I had to pay to get the work done. They also usually make me wait way to long. I got right in for this visit but there have been times when I've waited over an hour before being taken back just to wait longer to see someone.
