I have no issue with Aspen. I have had cleanings and my wisdom teeth extracted here, and I enjoy it very much. I do however have an issue with reception. I have been trying to call for a week now. I have a terrible tooth ache I wish to be seen for that keeps getting worse, and I am putting on hold sometimes for 20 mins. Today 3 separate times. So I cannot even make an appointment because they will not take my call.

I had top teeth pulled. My whole face even eyes were black for couple weeks. Not one I am sorry or simpathy remark. My tooth was filled on the bottom next. Rushed through and very disappointing results. He did not finish with smoothing the filling. Very rough and disformed. Horrible horrible.

HORRIBLE!!!! Had an appointment today for my daughter at 5:30. When I got there they said that my appointment had been canceled because they were short a doctor. They had tried to call me early in the day but “couldn’t get through”. They never tried to call me back because they were “so busy”. So I left work early drove an hour round trip to pick up my daughter only to get there and have no appointment. What a joke! This is not the first issue we have had but it’s the last straw. There is nothing I recommend about this company. The staff is rude and incompetent. They bill for services not performed or not needed. The doctor told us he was “too busy” to complete the service expected and scheduled. The staff left my husband sitting in the waiting room over 30 minutes just to tell him they were not able to schedule an appointment after he spent 30 minutes waiting to be seen by the doctor. If I could give this place less than 1 I would. The reception staff and techs were wonderful and kind, however dr Carr is a heartless jerk. Spent 30 minutes railing on my jaw to remove my tooth, sent me home with nothing, then when I come back two days later because it’s still excruciating.. he tries to tell me to keep taking ibuprofen like that wasn’t what I had been doing. I had to keep telling them the Partials didn't fit or stay up. It was always try one more time. I had to argue about getting my Money back. Money back guarantee remember. I wrote a letter asking for the dentist to writee a short Letter I could give to my attorney so I could have compensation pay for implants due to my injury. It has been over dix weeks. Aspen Dental been my Dentist for years... had 1 problem.. took 6 hrs to get prescription that was needed... said was sent twice after waiting 2 hrs between.. need to do something about sending prescriptions over computer

The wait time is so unprofessional. My time is just as valuable as yours!
