"MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 2:15,AND I NEVER GOT SEEN UNTIL 3:15,PLUS THE FACT THAT I WAS ASKED IF"HAVE YOU BEEN WAITED ON YET"? I SAID"NO",AFTER THEY FINELY CALLED ME BACK IT GOT BETTER. I WAS HAPPY WITH MY DOCTOR,THE EXAM WAS OK,THEY TOOK MY NEW SET OF EXRAYS, THAT WENT WELL,AND THE FACT THAT THE DOCTOR ANSWERED MY QUSTIONS WAS GREAT! "I WILL KEEP GOING BACK"

OMG! I THINK A BUTCHER WAS IN MY MOUTH! The dentist was prepping two of my teeth for a bridge. He kept complaining that it wasn't his fault if he cut my tongue or my cheek because there wasn't enough room in there. Let me tell you that I have had over 30 years of dental work done in my life and no one has ever butchered me inside of my mouth like this place. I'm going back only to get my bridge put in and that will be the last time they ever see me. This is unbelievable!

It's the old you get what you pay for. After Aspen remove my daughters wisdom teeth she was in the ER - Aspen dental was of absolutely no help. To add insult to injury not only do they not care about that but they also overcharged me for services. When I called them I was told that they would call back - still waiting. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I do not even have it in me to go into full detail as to why this place was a nightmare. Short version.... -LONG waits -Employees complaining about patients loud enough for other patients to hear. -RUDE surgeon who did a poor wisdom teeth removal... See More -Was sent home with a toothbrush that I was led to believe was complimentary... I later received a $200 bill for it!!!!

Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.

Not all that impressed. The waiting time is redicolous. I was there 3 hours! My original appt was at 4 and they asked me to come in at 2. Should've just kept my 4:00 appt! This isn't the first time either. But all the staff there are very nice!

I don't know how this place managed to scrape up 4.5 stars. I wouldn't even give it the one I did but it's forcing me to at least give one so there u have it. I have been on tons of other business pages where if the customer had a gripe the business would at least respond and try to rectify whatever the gripe was about. The blatant disregard for patients online and in the office speaks volumes!!! If you care about your teeth find a real dentist and stay away from these butchers!!!

Waited more than an hour to see the dentist each time I brought one of my children. I'm actually sitting in the exam area right now and have been for 45 minutes and 30 minutes in the waiting room. This is the 4th time it has happened and also the last.

I had a crown made a year ago. It just fell off and I could get in faster as a walk-in than an appt. to have it put back on. After being forgotten in the back cold room (was sitting there listening to them clean up for the day - sat for 45 minutes) they finally came in lectured that either the former Dentist or the lab messed up they put it back on. The current Dentist told me it would only stay on temporary and would need to have a new crown made. Then they tried to charge me for this visit. The receptionist said she would ... read more
