If you have something wrong they're good but if if its routine not so much. Rechedule after reschedule because "another office" needs/takes the hygenist. At what point does your office and customers need the hygenist enough to keep them? This was a huge problem in vestal and while I'd hoped it would be better in horseheads it really wasn't. My girlfriend had her wisdom teeth removed at Aspen Dental in Horseheads, NY. And it was by far the most horrific, unprofessional experience ever. I made an appointment for a cleaning they did xrays a mouth exam and tried telling me my jawbone was deteriating and that i had to do all this stuff so i didnt lose my teeth how do i go from no cavaties to this and then they charged me 1700.00 lets just say i will never go back and after making a post on fb about them i found out theyve done the same to everyone ..the only reason i went there was i was told they took my insurance lets just say i left there very upset and went back to my dentist who dosent take my insurance a... read more

I like the service, but the bathrooms are disgusting. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. I have been to three appointments three Friday's in a row and the same nasty floor, toilet, and sink stains are still there.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and a few fillings over the past 6 months here, my teeth have never bothered me and now they constantly hurt and are extremely sensitive. Also, their billing department overcharged me for a service I never agreed to or signed paperwork for, then said they were going to refund it and NEVER did. I have called 3 times since the payment was taken on 12/18/15 and here it is 2/12/16 and they STILL haven't called me back. I think they are only in it for the money I called made an appointment got in they they say oh u have to go to financial I said for what I have insurance and money just fix my broken tooth now they kept saying you have to go to financial refused to fix my tooth that day even though I had an appt and told them I need a broken tooth fixed there excuse was oh we are short on doctors like that's my fault so they gave me an apt for Friday the 18 at 4:30 now they say oh we put you in the wrong slot we have to cancel what kind of o... read more

Absolute worst place I have ever been!!! The only good appointment was with the dental hygienist. They lie to you, and treat you like you're less than human. I decided to give them one last shot today, and they blew it. If you want to be lied to, treated like shit, and charged for things you don't want, this is the perfect place for you.

The staff was great, but all I can think about in the past two days is how awful the dentist was. Dr. Wilson was rude and unapproachable. A disappointing experience.
