Badly overbook app. Wait a lot of times 2 or 3 hours for an app. My time is as important as there time is. People are nice but would never tell anybody to go there.

I began my adventure with Aspen dental about a year and a half ago. I was told I would need a root canal. I then was explained that it would take about four trips to complete. It is now a year and a half later and it is finally complete. I was rescheduled once, after I had already arrived at Aspen, I had two crowns broken by the dental assistants, I swallowed a temporary tooth that was improperly placed, I waited over a month for a new crown and was told I would be notified when it came in only to call and find out that said... read more

I paid out of pocket to have my two front teeth micro-abraded and I had a bonding on a front tooth "fixed" from a tooth I had cracked years ago. The dentist used the wrong color so the filling on my front tooth was extremely noticeable and looked awful. I had huge dents in my front tooth from where he did not use the drill appropriately and I called and went back for it to be fixed-- should never have gone back Bc now I have more divots and sharp edges my front tooth looks absolutely awful and am now paying more money to fix... read more
Thanks so much for literally ripping all four of my wisdom teeth out while I bled profusely with a mouth packed full of gauze and then just walking me out to the lobby to leave with NO instructions. Not even a follow up appointment. � who would have known that you can't do little things like suck out of a straw or spit after this surgery, well NOT ME! The slowest service I have ever seen. Into our 3rd hour. Plus we were told to be here at 10:30 for an 11 appointment.. come to find out the doors stay locked until 11.

Typically I expect a long wait after they sit you in the dentis's chair, thats normal here, but my last visit i sat in the chair an hour and a half for the dentist to come in and say yep your filling came out, go to the front desk and schedule a time to re-fill it. I was like WHAT????thats what Im here for as i told the receptionist when i made the appointment. This is a filling they did just 5 months prior too. I'll start with saying that my experiences with the receptionists, cashier, and hygienist have been quite pleasant. That being said, my first appointment took 2 hours for x-rays and a brief consultation as they were overbooked and severely under staffed. I had one filling disintegrate within a month of getting it, called to add it to my appointment. No one called back, added it to the file, etc. No big deal, I let them know.
