staff was very friendly and pr8,but I had call and spoke to them and hot a price on basic top dentures and had double checked several times on the price before I went.went for visit and the basic dentures was 3 times the price that was quoted. so now I get to start all over again

I had a full mouth extraction done 1 week ago. I called back today and was told they would not give me a dr’s excuse for work and it needed to be given the day of my surgery, which was not communicated to me or my driver that day. I have never experienced a very racist place in my life. My mother barely speaks English. I, on the other hand, speak fluent English. Six months ago, I took my mother in for oral surgery and for a new set of dentures. It was my fault for not reading the paperwork. I put my trust in the lady who explained to us that we were paying for oral surgery, basic dentures, and a premium denture. Had an appointment at 4:45 and the called the day of and said if I couldn’t be there by 4 I’d have to reschedule. They was supposed to contact me a long time before my appointment so I could see if they took my insurance and never did till the day of my appointment and then proceeded to tell me they didn’t except my insurance!!! I would never do business with a place that is so unprofessional!! Please don’t waste your time going to this dentist office!!! This is the Jackson Tennessee office
My appointment was scheduled for today 4/13/23 at 830a when I got there they said my appointment was at 8a. They did this because I discovered Fraudulent activity going on in my account. EVERYONE from Jackson TN - Don't go to Aspen Dental! They are the ABSOLUTE worst dental establishment I've ever been to! They do a crap job and then bill you to fix their mistakes! They didn't match my crowns to my teeth and are trying to make me pay for what they had to fix. Literally, had a traumatic experience there, and it's continuing with their billing issues.
