I have denture on the top and paid a very nice price for them to have a good warranty. after a few years, had to have a relive done. was told it would be 150.00 then got charged 265.00. not only was I over charged, but the refine was done so wrong they had to completely make a whole nother set. in the meantime, I had to spend over 2.5 weeks miserable. In November, I financed 4 wisdom tooth extractions through them under Care Credit. My surgery was scheduled, and I ended up with Covid at the time and had to cancel. They still charged my care credit for over $2000 as a “down payment” for a surgery that is no longer scheduled. I had to call numerous times & jump through hoops to get it refunded back onto my Care Credit, who was harassing me daily, and they didn’t refund the entire amount. Okay guys SEVERAL people and I have written into the Dr.Phil show and if you have had issues please write write write and help us flood him with attention to what Aspen dental is doing to people. I personally used Aspen Dental and am out over about $10,000 and still have dentures I CAN NOT WEAR! they stopped taking my calls and sent a letter telling me I had to seek treatment elsewhere and even refuse to honor the 7 year warranty that came with my dentures. Okay man if you need dental work of ANY KIND DO NOT go to Aspen Dental or any aspen far as I am concerned. 2 years and over $10,000 later and still am getting run around about getting procedure done! Their surgeon absolutely destroyed me and I have major issues I did not have before surgery and the doctor their even acknowledged the surgeon screwed up. and he was concerned for a lawsuit. You need to take a look at your ratings on Yelp! You people need to leave town! We had the worst experience and poorest service recently. My mom will most likely not be able to wear what you have made for her. Twice and they still Don’t fit. And the really bad thing is that you cant even see her Top teeth because you made them too short. You didn’t listen to your clients wishes. This now the biggest rip off ever and we will be using every tool we can to expose you. You suck!

They canceled my appointment with only a few hours notice. I scheduled said appointment one month prior and I had to take time off work in order to attend it.

They are very rude to ppl. All I wanted was my dentures and Jessica took it upon herself to tell me a refund had been issued. I only wanted my dentures.

Horrible experience here. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and treats the patient as a total inconvenience. I’ll definitely be looking for a different dentist and a more professional staff.
