This has been one of the worst experiences ever. Dr Whitlock, you are amazing!!! I have had so many issues with the receptionist saying that they have been trying to call which was a lie because I have pulled my call log (have them for law purposes) to the tech that took impressions incorrectly, to the oral surgeon nor doing what he was supposed to do causing me to have not only oral surgery on Wed 17 but then had to have 3 teeth pulled by Dr Whitlock on Thurs 18th. I have always loved this place in the past. However, last Thursday afternoon, I broke a tooth in my dentures and called to ask about getting it repaired. I was told that the lab tech wouldn't be there until Monday, which was fine. I then asked if I could bring my denture in first thing Monday morning and was told that would be fine. I was very surprised to get to the office Monday morning at 7:15 and be told the office wouldn't open until 9 and they wouldn't let me leave my denture. DO NOT GO HERE!! Dr. Doolittle Dudley did horrible work on someone I know after being paid 5K and would not correct his mistakes! All I can say is RIP OFF... ZERO ☆

FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE! However i was amazed and rather upset as to my teeth not being cleaned at all. I look forward to them being professionally cleaned every 6 months by the higienist but that didnt happen.
Wife had full set of dentures made in spring of 2017. Within a year the lower denture broke in half. Today the lower set broke in half again Dentures cost was 2800.00 And was told premium dentures. Turned out not so good
Worst experience ever!!!!!
The office staff was late opening for the morning and less than welcoming. The dentist was nice and thorough. Then I was left in the chair for over 45 minutes waiting for the hygenist to return. I finally walked to desk and was told there were computer issues. I wonder just how long I might have sat waiting before someone bothered to check on me. The non-clinical staff appeared to be both disinterested and unorganized.
