I wasn’t happy coming here. This was my first time. I came because of the later hours. I ended up getting off work at 4 so I called to see if they had earlier than 6. They told me to come on over. They did my X-ray right away but never took me back for my cleaning til 6:30. 30 min after my normal appt time. It was the fastest cleaning I had received. And the dentist never even came in to look inside my mouth after. He just looked st X-ray and said I had no cavities. I won’t be back!
These people are kind and they go over your x-rays with you, then they go step by step at what needs done to your teeth.
I think Aspen Dental in Jackson,Tn is the worst place to go to I have been going since July of 2017 and still don't have my permanent dentures it seems that no one knows how to make them correctly for the top nor the partial at the bottom the metal On them hurt my gums and the new permanent top ones just fall out still after 8 months they can't get things right you would think someone who does this every day would be used to it by now I am tired of dealing with them and have asked for my money back and they tell me they wi... read more

They are the worst dentist I have ever been to . They don't even deserve one star. The reason I went into them the first time was not even addressed and I had them make me some dentures and when I got them the dentures were made so thinly that you could see thru them. I have had them 4 yrs and a tooth came out so I took them back and they glued it back in but got something all over the dentures that make my tongue sore and a sore on the roof of my mouth and I couldn't wear them for three days.
The service is horrible. They've messed my dentures up 3 times now. They let me drive an hour one way and wait til I'm back in a room before telling me who I was scheduled to see isn't here. It's been a total nightmare since October. I missed all holiday dinners all holidays from October to January including my birthday due to having incorrect dentures. The commercials way overrate this company! I'll never recommend the Jackson office to anyone.
