I have been coming to this dentist for the past 3 to 4 years, mainly started because of the New Patient appointment price. Everyone is always nice and explains everything in as much detail as you want and they have multiple payment plan options which is very useful for someone like me without dental insurance. I have referred many here and will continue to do so. Thank yall so much!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Every time I call in to speak with Bethany the office manager she is about to get on a conference call and can't take my call. I have been fighting with this place for over a month. They never billed my insurance for both of my visits. I have had to hound them to get them to do their job. They owe me almost $300 for two visits and are playing games.

Do not go (If you like your real teeth) Aspen dental loves to pull good teeth to sell you implants and finance your dental work. Go to real dentists

better customer service I was told that I needed to get an extraction, that I had yo pay a deposit to get it scheduled. I canceled to appointment prior to the date.10/01/2019 I requested a refund was told it takes 7-10 business days. On 11/18/2019 I called to inquire on the status of the refund. I asked for the check up that my dental insurance paid for but was sent a bill for xrays I didn't ask for. Not happy at all

The front end...no one knows what they are doing..ever since I became a patient it has been chaos..once I get thru this last little bit..I will never go back...only reason I’m continually going is they have charged my insurance and myself ..and they have been paid for services not done yet.. the dentist himself is great .but if he would read the reviews he might see why people are going else where ...awful place 0/5!...and several months later ..guess what?? Called to make an appointment explained what insurance I had and everything and the lady scheduling me said that I was good to go and they were excited to see me as a new patient. She told me to come 30-15 early to give plenty of time for the paperwork. I also received a text that day stating to arrive early.. I arrive early only to learn they are closed until my appointment. Very disappointing. I called in pain & explained to lady that answered that I was in pain & gave her 2 dates that I was able to come in. When she made my appt she said I had to have an exam, I told her that’s fine as long as you fix my tooth that day. They called me back for X-ray, sent me to dental chair, told me I had cavity & they was sending me over to Beverly for a moment. Which I thought was odd, but figured it was for payment.
