Have a dentist who does try and make a joke of your fear of the dentist. I went in yesterday 9/10/19 to get x-rays and a consult before I go to an oral surgeon to have a broken tooth taken out. I have very high anxiety and fear of the dentist, so I need to be sedated. I'm not sure who did my x-rays but when she tried to do some of the xrays I told her I have a very bad gag reflex and it's impossible for them to get xrays. She tried 3 times to put that xray thing in my mouth even though I told her I would gag badly. So when I... read more

My appointment was made over the phone for 11:30. Appointment was shifted back to 10. Got there early. Got my xrays. Dentures offered to me were 300% more expensive than what I paid for my current set, WITH insurance. Their cheapest offering was still double what I paid for my current set and this is WITH insurance. I could see if I was getting implants but I’m getting 50 bucks worth the plastic plus labor. Entirety too expensive.

I do not recommend this place. They are not upfront with their services. I scheduled a cleaning for myself & was told after my appointment (that consisted of several, several x-rays) that they don't do that in the same applappoint. Nobody is on the same page (the dentist himself had one treatment plan for my cavities while the billing person was pushing a different plan). I took my 6 year old daughter today (was told they see children over 5 years of age) and the woman we saw was a dental assistant, she never saw a dentist a... read more

I had gone to Aspen becaause I was having a toothache and my normal dentist was off for the holidays. Got right in, got xrays and was counseled by the dental hygienest, Mother Teresa. She was very nice and informative and I found her advice to be sound but she was telling me things not to do that my previous hygienest had recommended. I realized that I had been going to the wrong dental office all these years. When Dr Pham came in for the exam, she was nice and to the point, no sugar-coating. She told me what my options were... read more

In so many ways, there isn't room enough here. Unprofessional workers, can't even get through to them on the phone. They put you on hold for 1/2 an hour. It isn't even worth dealing with. Their prices went up a lot. Avoid at all costs.

I went in with a abscess tooth. I read given a full set xrays, a full examine, a laundry list of items needing to be done, and a proscription for antibiotics. By the way a tooth still hurting so bad that I could not put my teeth together. If uppit have an emergency not a good place to go.

All they care about is money. I had two teeth pulled and they numbed me 12 times and then went to prying my teeth out. They gave me some medication that is not strong enough for the pain. Tylenol works better but i have to take two at a time every four hours with the medication they prescribe me. I called the office in Johnson City TN to see if the doctor could get me something stronger. The doctor told me there is nothing she can do about it at all. That i would have to deal with the pain.

Had an appointment for an exam and cleaning but never did the cleaning. But they did give me an estimate of $2800. to fix a few things. It surely did not feel like they cared or not.
