Appointment was useless. They never acted like they were interested in doing anything at all. Total waste of time
Waiting on a friend, two hours. Refused to offer anything for pain even though having to cut gums open to pull tooth. No report on how he is, asked receptionist who couldn't or wouldn't make eye contact asured me he was fine w/o checking. Several other patients have come and gone. Ridiculous.
My Mother was so afraid of the outcome after being told she was loosing her teeth because of medical reasons Aspen Dental Drs and associates were able to explain how things work and reassured her that she would be fine. Now she is being fitted for a new set of dentures and confidence in the people working with her. Thank you Aspen Dental of Johnson City TN for your tender kindness with my Mother.
I'm giving this place one star since the only good thing I experienced out of this visit was the very kind and polite lady behind the front counter and the girl who did my x-rays was very nice and professional. The office staff were nice but the person who did xrays was very rough and tried to explain she was hurting me and I couldn't do certain xrays. Then told the person who was going over xrays I refuse to have anymore because my mouth is small. This was not the reason, then I was talked to like I'm a child or a retard who doesn't understand things. Very unhappy with the service there, my mom was treated badly also and was unhappy.
