NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. THE DENTIST WAS VERY MATTER OF FACT IN THAT SHE COULD ONLY REMOVE MY TOOTH AND THE OTHER ONE WOULD REQUIRE A CROWN, WHICH I SHOULD SEE MY DENTIST ABOUT. I CHOSE TO GET A SECOND OPINION FROM MY DENTIST. OTHERWISE, THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

I went back today to get them to fix the problem with my teeth but they don't know they are doing I showed them what was wrong brought my teeth back and still didn't fix the problem they fixed the front teeth they didn't need fixed and now they are sharp if I bite my tongue it would probably cut my mouth I don't think you all know what in the hell you guys know what you are doing I paid 5.000 for these teeth I cut have a cheap pair done better than this I should file a law suit cause you pulled all my teeth and still haven't... read more

Went to Aspen/Oakland Avenue in January. I was a new patient and was told beforehand that the cost was $19.00 for new patients for xray and exam. I gave them my insurance info when I went in, had a seat and waited and waited and waited. When I was finally called to the back, the girl acted like she didn't want to get near me. I went there on December 31st 2015 in so much pain ever so unbearable paid $150 for them to pull one Tooth they proceded to remove it then sent me out the door with no antibiotic Orry anything for the pain they told me to take ibuprofen well I did that as well as take Aleve p.m. 6 days later I still have holes in my gums my gums are swollen and infected and I'm still in pain so my advice to whoever reads this don't go with Aspen Dental on Oakland Avenue for the price they charge me for one tooth / 75 more dollars I could hav... read more

Aspen dental is seriously a rip off they will over charge you! They try to use cute little words like " my dear" and " babe" constantly to try to make you feel special. One of there credit companies gave me a hundred dollar credit line only to be used with Aspen Dental. I called today and asked how much out of pocket I would have to pay after using the 100 in credit they said $150. $250 for an extraction?! CRAZY. Go to George Zorawski in Eizabethton. Do not go here unless you want to be lied to and scammed! My normal dentist didn't have Friday hours so when I woke up with a tooth ache I was able to get an appointment with Aspen Dental in Johnson City TN. After having up go thru one of the most painful procedure of just simply getting X-rays of my mouth, this dentist tells me I have 2 or 3 cavities in the area I'm hurting.
