The day of my appointment the dentist was out sick so I was called to reschedule. I was told that there was supposed to be an on call dentist coming in. They were moving me from an 8:30 slot to a 9:30 slot and would call me if they were able to find someone. No one ever called me back to let me know anything. I was callled in for an unscheduled appt. because they messed up my impressions, I waited for over an hour and finally at 615 pm I got up and left.My time is as important as yours and I feel it was very rude to call me in and make me sit for over an hour
My friend and I both had appointments with them this morning drove for two hours only there to have them call us just before we get there that they cancelled our appointment's.
