This is truly the worst dental office that I have ever dealt with. Dr John is so rude and uncaring that you would be better off with a veterinarian.

Ok, for anyone out there who has even thought about going to Aspen Dental, I'm telling you right now DO NOT GO THERE. I went back in June for a cleaning and filling, neither of which I received. The person who took the x-rays, that I didn't ask for, but got, had no idea what she was doing. It took 30 minutes to do, because she didn't know how to position the parts. Then, once back in the "room," which are more like cubicles, only separated by half wall partitions, I had 4-5 different people paraded through, none doing anythi... read more

would not recommend Aspen Dental on Kingston Pike across from West Town Mall. They did a deep cleaning on me - a senior citizen with diabetes. They caused a massive infection. I went back and they said I had ANUG - they sent me to an Oral Surgeon that said there was nothing he knew to do. I went back and they sent me to a periodontist that said the scaling tools they use should not be used by a regular dentist office. Even if they are qualified. The assistant that did it was new but he said he was qualified. The Pero said th... read more

This is an operation designed to get as much money from you as possible. On your initial visit all they do is take x-rays and examine your teeth. You are then given a "consultation" where you are presented with a diagnosis and host of expensive treatments and presented with their cost. They never even cleaned my teeth!! Do not go here!! A HUGE rip-off!

I made an appointment , however when I got there it was a completely different story. I was very much mis-informed. Very bad experience. I got my paperwork and ripped it up. I went down the street and saw a great dentist the very same day. And it was a great experience.

What a joke!! Lies, excuses and constant delays in service!! They will delay your requests for service until your warranty expires so they can charge you for their mistakes!! Zero follow up or follow thru on insurance questions! Ashley is the only person in this office that even vaguelyattempts to resolve issues! Clearly she cant given the owners/dentists disconnect with his attempts to overschedule the "lab" work!! I wouldnt refer my dog to this office!!

I had such a horrific experience. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. The dentist was the "roughest" dentist I have ever in my life gone to. When they found out I only wanted to have 1 tooth pulled, it was like well, do whatever with her. He kept shooting anesthesia in my mouth. Didn't give it time to numb a little so it wouldn't hurt so bad. Finally got the tooth out, he put a piece of guaze in my mouth and out the door I went. I was driving down the interstate with my mouth full of blood. They sure were in... read more
