I can not believe I had a crown from dental works stay in for 5 years. I come here and they replace it and it doesn’t last 6 months. I also have to pay for it. Wow! MONEY MONEY MONEY that is all they are interested in.

Told my wife her bill was around $250 so we paid this bc she needed periodontal cleaning for her braces and once paid the changed the price on the cleaning. Ripoff central.

I wouldn't go back to Aspen Dental if they were the last dentist on the planet!!! They are only interested in MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!!!! They would not do anything to my teeth until I paid my bill!!! I will be finding another dentist.

For one thing, professionalism is lacking to put it mildly. Being in the healthcare field myself, I have never ever heard any healthcare professional make derogatory comments towards another healthcare professional to a patient, Never! However, in trying to sell additional services outside of reasonable and customary, the hygienist made derogatory comments regarding the dental care I have received for 30 plus years. when educating, you do so and keep any comments to yourself. I have neglected my teeth for years. I wasn't shamed by the dentist, hygienist or assistants. I have a lot of work to be done and actually looking forward to getting it done even tho I know it will be painful. Thank you to all at the Kingston Pike location!

I went in for dentures. before I knew it they were talking x-rays, examining my teeth blah, blah, blah. Then they tried to sell me procedures that I did not want. Then they tried to upsell by using a little cute subterfuge. Do not go there. Plenty of honest people around

and I do not always have eyes every where. so please hold on to the book. ! thank you !!hello, I hope you are reading this, my honey bun I think left his black book with all his VA information at you're office, since you can not leave a voicemail on you're phone, I hope you are reading this, please hold on to the book I will be by tomorrow morning first thing to pick it up, he forgot it and I did not notice I have so much on my mind with him since he has Alzheimer's,

It was an unusual visit. Ultimately, I came in with pain in my jaw and I left with the same pain in my jaw. I understand the whole opioid epidemic thing and I understand that Aspen Dental doesn't want to be a part of that but I had pain and I still have it after my visit. I am 60 years old and am not shopping for drugs. I am shopping for dental pain relief. So the end result was not helpful. However, the staff was friendly efficient, and professional. If zero stars were an option, that's my rating. When I called to schedule the appointment, I made it abundantly clear I just needed a cleaning. I was told it would be $19 for x-rays and exam and the cleaning would cost $73. At check in, they eagerly charged me the $19 fee. After waiting 30 minutes passed my appointment time, I proceeded to the x-rays. The hygentist/salesman entered to ask me what I was there for. I told him, "just a cleaning."
