i went to the center in owensboro last mo. had new teeth made again! dan Smith was great being there all day with me. he is in charge of labs. great guy. i had to return the next week and have some trimmed on top and bottoms still do not fit good. thr dr. never came in the 2nd time this time around to see if i was satisfied.

Do not go to this place, the only reason I went here was because it was in my insurance and I could get in quick. I just wanted a cleaning. After the X-rays ,The lady telling me how pretty my teeth were as she did the x-rays, the dentist coming in and looking at my teeth and saying they looked good maybe a few areas here and there where I need to floss better. Office manager Stephanie Perry and office manager Mandy Barclay have no integrity or honesty. As a practicing medical provider myself this practice and patient care are totally disgraceful. I would never recommend anybody to this clinic and would warn anybody that considered becoming a patient. This office has been nothing but trouble to horrible care, being over charged, and ignored when a problem is presented.

West knoxville office.... I don't like the fact they try to get you to buy unnessesary services. I have a free cleaning,X-rays and check up every 6 mo. They first said I owed $125.00 when I was registering in, I explained it should be free, she then came back and said $42.00 I said I shouldn't have any charge it should be free I have insurance,finally that got it right after 40 min. I went to West office on Kingston Pk. I had to wait over an hour. I had TWO abscesses in Two teeth. My face was swollen. I was in severe pain. I finally got to see Dr Patel. He told me I had to have antibiotics to get swelling down before treatment. Which I expected he would say No problem. I told him I was in pain n needed pain meds.
