Last Friday I had an appointment at 1:30. I was told to be there at 1:15. I arrived at 1:00. People arrived after me saw the dentist before me. They were 15 min late getting to see me. I didn't leave that office until 3:20. The only professional I saw was the girl taking the X-rays. While I waited in the chair, I had to listen to some tech taking God's name in vain. Pay for a set of dentures didn't last one year cracked and of course the 6 month warranty was expired but Dentures should last a whole lot more then nine or ten months horrible place

I really do not like going to the dentist yesterday Friday March 24th I was in so much pain with a toothache that I stopped by Aspen Dental I had no appointment first time patient came in filled out papers and they got me in that afternoon dr. John told me I had an abscess under a cap that 30 years ago the tooth started to decay because of the Mercury fillings they put back in the sixties they filed the tooth and just put a cap on it so here we are 30 years later and it's gone abscess Tuesday I'll have it extracted and teeth... read more

Don't waste another day worried about the dentist. Go and meet the staff at Aspen Dental. You will not find more accommodating professionals in Knoxville.

So far, the ACTUAL visit was ok. I really don't like visiting the dentist office and he was very calming. Now, I'm currently having a really big issue getting hold of the billing office to get a patient cost estimate breakdown of what my charges are...and since they don't really come close to what insurance is telling me, I want to get this straightened out before having treatments. I was nervous when I went to Aspen Dental. I went to Dental Works, paid a lot of money wwas told that it took care of everything. So after 4 appointments and a mold made of my mouth, the Dentist came in and asked "when I was going to have my teeth taken out". I asked when he wanted to do iit and the dentist said," We only remove simple extractions and I would have to go to a specialist, which he pulled ouout the Dr.s card. Don't go to Aspen Dental it is not a good. They will do their best to get you to pay enormous fees and cost. Dental works is so much better.
