My husband had to have an extraction he told them he was on blood thinners and asked if he needed to do anything special,they said no and made an appointment for Friday. Went on Friday and they said he needed to be cleared by his primary doctor or the Oral surgeon could do it Monday and it would only be 38$ more. Went on Monday and they charged him 291$ more instead of 38$. We agreed to pay 183$ and they were to write off the 108$ difference. That was January 23. I have SEVERE dental anxiety. So when I was told I needed 2 teeth extractions, I was scared to death, even with the Valium they prescribed me. Well I got mine done today. I felt the shots, of course, & the pressure from the elevator or whatever they use to losen to tooth was giving me the weirdest discomfort I have ever felt, but nothing borderline painful. I would appreciate the people who work here being clear and listening to their patients more. 1) My first visit for x-rays for my tooth pain ended with my having to return to the office the same day and calling back later to correct something on my bill I never agreed to. I can forgive the marketing practice of add-on expenses, but still believe that information should be laid out clearly. Estimate was about $650 however billed for about $750 in October. Today got a bill saying I need to pay another $141 about TWO months later with a week to pay this. No one answering to help resolve this.

3rd time getting the same tooth crowned. I'd pass and try someplace else next time.

I called this morning in horrible pain. I made an appointment for Monday but was told that I would need to take penicillin or something for the infection because before the tooth could be pulled, the infection needed to be taken care of. I made the appointment for Monday because the receptionist told me once an appointment is set, she would get with the dentist about getting a prescription called in so I could be ready to go in and get this horrible tooth pain taken care of on Monday. Unfortunately had to get my tooth pulled about 2 weeks ago but they made the experience wonderful. Atleast 4 different staff members checked on me and asked how I was doing and even went beyond to ask about my pregnancy and make me feel extremely safe and welcome. I've officially switched my dentist to them from now on!❤
