Wow. First few visits everyone is nice and everything seems fine. The staff in the back is really awesome had no problem with them. Then your told that your benefits are exhausted ( when you just got insurance and these are the only people to use it) not to mention that the partials I received are temporary. And there horrible What!!!! I was told that all services from beginning to end were a certain price. Now these are not included. The staff in the back is absolutely OUTSTANDING. For the front office staff... I have a better chance of getting a hold of Obama then getting someone to answer the phone. Currently on the phone with them and have been on hold for 27:03. Ridiculous. Waiting for a refund because I paid ahead of time, and then went in and waited in the back and then was told the dentist was behind and I could reschedule so I said sure - no big deal right? Worse company ever in dentistry. Customer service is most likely worse then trying to get your order right at McDonald's. I strongly recommend to anyone who asks me of they're good place to go to, I will tell them hell no, find a better company. They do not make patients a priority. All they care about is taking your money.
Pros: ♥ The x-rays and exam were free with a coupon for new patients with no dental insurance ♥ Kim, the x-ray tech was very friendly. ♥ Sasha, the dental hygienist, greeted me with a smile, made sure I was comfortable, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I made a early appointment as I had a conference call I had to be on that day at 12 so I made my appt at 9:30 didn't get in till 10:30 and I told them they needed to make this quick because of it. And finally walked out at 11:56 just In Time for my conference call. Overall good service but when you make an appointment don't take people who walked in after me. I made appointment for a reason. They should wait not me.
If I could give this no stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Not to mention the waiting to be seen is outrageous. I went for my first apt and the dentist said she was able to pull my wisdom tooth so I made my second apt and paid for the extraction. I went to my 2nd apt. Waited over an hr and a half to not be seen and to be told that it was more money because I need to see the oral surgeon. So once again I make another apt. I haven't even had my appointment yet. And they are a big joke. Don't call me and then tell me to call you right back and have the office closed. After I have already told you that I can't be on the phone in the morning. REMEMBER YOU CALLED ME!!!
Would never go here again. I went in yesterday to get my filling and when I went in the tooth next to the tooth I was supposed to get my filling was also hurting. So I THOUGHT I had cavities in both. So they take new x-rays of all my teeth just to check up. When I go back in the room as I'm sitting in the chair Dr. Gill is looking at my x-rays.
