quit advising you will work someone in and try and help when your in pain because you definitely wouldn't for me.

The worst dental experience. 2 hours of xrays, teeth scanning, periodontal exam, dental exam and then finance. I am being refused treatment for cleanings and 2 cavities unless I have a periodontal cleaning!!!! As soon as they see you have insurance the chop shop begins. Manager made a comment that I have good insurance. I filed a complaint with my insurance company. You have been warned.

Unorganized, love people to wait on hold for hours, this office also loves to cancel appointments at their leisure without notifying the patient (s). Insurance verification with the dentist of the day is done day of vs prior day. Garbage can customer service.

My mother broke her old plate and was in need of a new one so I made an appointment for a Friday at 11am. We got there 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, when she got called back it was almost 12pm and the tech told her they couldn’t do anything for her because they were closing. We have been going for cleanings for a couple of years and have been very satisfied. However....the scheduling system is awful! We were sent 4 emails changing our appointment times to ridiculous times. When I called the office I was told to just come at our regularly scheduled times and they would “squeeze” us in. We waited over an hour to be seen and ended up being there for about 3 hours total. We will be looking for a new dentist. This continues to be a huge issue

My 1st appointment went ok, but not my husband's. They tried to tell us he needed specialized treatment and our portion will be nearly $600 before they will even look at him again. They refused to to a vlraming, because of their findings and said he will need specialized treatment for the rest of his life. Our dentist in Indiana never mentioned this at all in the 4 yrars we saw her, but suddenly, he has "major issues with gum disease and bone loss" in his mouth after just,a year. We called and were told that you accepted our plan. I set up an account for both my husband and myself for appointments. I called and checked before my husband went and was told that you had checked our insurance and we were accepted, plus the first cleaning and xrays were free. We took and have pictures in our file of the FREE OFFER on your window.
