I am a 76 yr old woman from Lakeland and broke my partial plate. I can't eat without it....I called the 863 phone number and asked about getting it repaired just enough so I could use it. The girl told me I would have to go to Zepherhills and I agreed to, but wanted to just pass the partial to them and have them fix it. I am afraid of the virus right now, The girl said I couldn't do that...I would have to see someone. I asked her to please get through to someone to help me and she said to hang on...then she hung up on m... read more

They do not know how to file insurance. I had to intervene and file it myself. After being unable to I had to go to both my insurance and my health insurance and have a consultation with both of them just to get one of the 3 children that I had taken their done. They are a terrible terrible organization !
I have never seen a company like Aspen dental, lie and steal your money like they do. Stay away from them. You will have to go to another dentist when you leave there.

Horrible experiences more than one. Too many too mention very unorganized cant fix implants they put in unless i give them more money not a chance. Why would i let them do more work when they cant get origanil work right
