Extremely uneducated about insurance. If you don’t know how insurance works you will be paying lots out of pocket! I had to explain it to them. I’ll look over the fact that my simple extraction turned into a surgical one that ended up with dry socket due to the dentist destroying the surrounding walls, shit happens I get it. Long story short. They numbed the wrong area and then they went ahead and numbed the right spot to then find out that they had just came from lunch and had a bunch of excuses as of why they weren't going to do it today and that i needed to reschedule. This is after i paid $297 to get it done. I asked for a refund and the guy said he voided the transaction. My Mother has Medicaid and is eligible for one lifetime set of dentures. Since hers are 30+ years old, it was time to get some new ones. We were referred to Aspen by United Health Care's website and when I made the appointed I was very clear about what she needed. However when we arrived for the appointment we had to get Xrays and wait nearly an hour and a half only to be told that Aspen only takes part of United's plan and my mother would not be able to get her new set of lifetime dentures. First appointment for my son they were to pull 2 teeth,they pulled one an they couldnt numb the bottom 1 due to infection..they gave antibotics an a appointment for 10 days later.Went back an still couldnt numb enough to pull the tooth saying that he would need it surgically removed...so we paid the additional $675 an scheduled surgery...Got there yesterday for surgery an waited an hour after the surgery time to get in...once it was over they PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH! we didnt realize till we got home because he was loopy from... read more

My visits to Aspen Dental was enjoyable. I could not have ask for better service and all the personnel was very kind and treated me like I was a long time patient instead of a newcomer. I am well pleased with them and would recommend them to others.

I was a annoyed that the technician that cleaned my teeth saw the water was spraying all over my face and I had to stop to wipe my face with the bib several times. I had to ask her if she had glasses. Only then did mentioned she had an extra pair. At no time while I was wiping the spraying water from my face did she mention that she had a pair of glasses that would have prevented me from getting water in my eyes in the first place. I had to get a new set of dentures ,had my teeth pulled at Affordable Dentures and the dentures was made wrong at Affordable and would not fit right and hurt my gums bad and they did not want to stand behind there dentures so 3 months later I went to Aspen Dental on US 98 north and seen the Dentist ( she's cute to ) , They made me a new set of dentures now I am able to eat and smile , being I was broke from Affordable Dentures they helped me with Financing also with low monthly payments, and everybody there is nice and help ... read more

after having my teeth clean and checked every 6 months for over 60 years this was the worst. the girl didn't seem to know what to do in what order. she check my pockets after using the cavitron. never used air to check for tartar. did not use polish on all surfaces. the Dr didn't seem to care about the chip on #3 L. the last three times at this office the trip was great but now with a new hygentist I am not sure. this was the Lakeland North office.....husband went to the Winter Haven office and was not happy
