almost a week later I had 3 teeth pulled and I still in alot of pain I think gonna go somewhere else next time to get the others pulled
worst experience I've ever had. painful, rude and they didn't even give me my prescriptions or aftercare treatment.
Trying to contact a human is impossible!! Phone service sucks and just waited 45 minutes in the back and the hygienist never came back! Sorry my time is just as valuable as yours!! Walked out and will not go back!!
I went In for a tooth ache. It had been hurting the day prior. When I got to aspen it was not hurting at all but I still wanted answers. They doctor instantly suggested to pull the tooth. After me asking if he was sure over and over I finally agreed. He told me the tooth pull would take about 10 minutes. And I would be pain free. Well It took him over 30 minutes. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! WORST EXSPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD , they pulled all my teeth knowing i had an infection, never gave me any antibiotics before or after having them pulled, no gas, no NOTHIN BESIDE SHOTS IN MOUTH, SENT ME HOME with no medication and tried 2 times to put my dentures in after pulling my teeth and they would NOT FIT SO HE just handed them to me to take home , by time i got from lawton to duncan i was in so much pai n i was shaking and passed out the pain was so exscruciating, running fever, my mom called n arfued w... read more
This place is horrible, they have horrible customer service. Was told I had to wear a mask when only 2 out of the 7 employees didn't have one on, and that's just the employees that was in the front of the office. The lady who told me I had to wear one grabbed the part of the mask which would be on my face with her bare hands, which shows they have no clue. Mine and my daughter's experience: They refused to do the preventive care covered by my insurance by refusing to do a cleaning. Severely exaggerated what we needed done. Did XRAY without cleaning and tried to claim food particles were cavities. If we didn't know better, we would have spent a LOT of money and a lot of pain and down time on unnecessary work - damaging our healthy teeth.
