Husband went in to have a check up. Did XRays and a full on plan worked up to get things fixed. Made an appointment to have wisdom teeth removed because they started bothering him. His face ended up swelling up so bad he couldn't even open his mouth to chew. Dentist looked at him and said nothing could be done until he could open mouth. Gave script for pain meds, amoxicillin, and a steroid and sent him home with appointment for next day. Went in next day and still couldn't get mouth open to do anything. Sent him home to wait... read more

My wife went to Aspen dental last year to get work done. We agreed upon the original amount for services rendered after insurance estimate to be financed thru some Genesis credit card. Slowly we were making payments to the credit card and a few months pass. They mail us another bill on top of what was agreed upon to be financed because they didn't do their job right. I've tried countless times getting in touch with Aspen dental about this issue. No one calls us back. You go in person with your paperwork and the recepti... read more

We recently moved here and my previous dentist had told me that I would need a filling as soon as we were settled in our new town. I called Aspen hoping for a quick filling and advice on a different tooth. They insisted on full X Rays without even asking for my previous dentists information or if I had recently had X Rays. After the doctors exam he confirmed that I needed the filling and that was it. I waited 45 minutes to speak to the office girl in charge of billing for only for her to tell me that I needed a cleaning for ... read more

They are a rip off. After having my Dentures for less than 3 years I lost 2 teeth. When I went to have them repairs. They stated they could not replace the teeth but I could purchase a new set for $399.00 I went to another Dental business and the replaced them for $65.00 Sure wish I would have found this place before going to Aspen. I could have saved about 800 dollars.

Worst dental experience I’ve EVER had! I’ve been jerked around for OVER a year about the awful care I received and the bill I shouldn’t have. After reaching out first by calling the Lawton office second by walking in to the Lawton office then by transferring to another aspen in Georgia and them not being able to get help from the Lawton office to calling corporate twice this week both times being told I’d be called back within 24 hours and not being called at all. What’s funny but not funny is At one point I was going to jus... read more

Go here if you want to be over charged and then have insurance files so they actually get paid twice for the one procedure.

I had a tooth break on my upper dentures and rushed into Aspen Dental because I had heard they could fix them in house for $25. When I got there they took my dentures to the lab technician. I was told she cannot fix them. I was told I needed to get new upper dentures and they did x-rays. I asked them to ask the technician one more time but they came back and said the same thing. I explained to him that I was a teacher and I could not go without having it fixed cuz it was in the very front. I asked them to take it to the tech... read more

I was happy that they could get me in on such a short notice. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. However, they explained to me that I had a special condition that required a $1300 procedure. I am not a dentist, so I panicked, and paid my portion of $200 that insurance didn't cover. Had the "procedure" done the next day, and it ended up being a regular teeth cleaning with a Water Pik tool. For the last 4 years, and two totally different dental offices, I have had that same cleaning, and was "routine" covered 100... read more

I was actually going because my Dentist was no longer taking my Insurance. So when I got there I was going to have to take Xrays, but I told them that I just had so my insurance wouldn't pay. They stood around like someone gave them a questions that they didn't know on the test. They said they would need the other Xrays, so I left and went and got a copy and came back. They did get me in and while I was being seen, checking my mouth and accessing all the problems I had. Treatment was going to deep scaling because dental and ... read more
