Just had 13 teeth removed and although I had to wait a day for my temp dentures, this has been one of the best experiences dental wise in years. Thanks to the entire staff and especially Dr. Hughes.
I made a appointment with Aspen and spoke to the billing person and we made ARRANGEMENTS it was like a contract of said how much it would be and what my monthly payments would be PER SECTION which was 300 and change a month being I was on disability thats all i could afford and the only dentist that i found that would do the work due to my condition. First payment went fine by the next I paid another $300 and change and then the billing woman comes and takes an additional $150 cause my insurance apparently wasn't paying it a... read more
My mother started seeing them October 2020, and is now on her 4th set of dentures by Aspen. (to be clear this is the first set from aspen not her first set. she has had dentures for 25 years. she knows how it should feel. she had dentures when she went in, good ones too. They simply were too old and needing to be replaced. She ate fine with them, lived everyday life. The front desk women are a complete joke. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never be back and they keep calling me to talk trash but won't leave a voicemail. With that group upfront business will continue to slow down, they don't even know how to check benefits correctly! All around bad business. Take your business elsewhere.
