Just to let everyone know: They will reel you in boasting their amazing payment plans which is very attractive to those with no dental insurance... until the tell you that you need oral surgery for a wisdom tooth. Then payment plans no longer apply. Total waste of my time but it’s okay, I found my new dentist thanks to the way they choose to do business and he’s amazing and takes PAYMENT PLANS. 😉

They have my coming in as a “new patient” again bc it’s been a couple years since I’ve been here..no biggie. It took over a month to get in for my initial exam/X-ray, apparently these appointments are more limited..again no biggie really. Upon arrival, I’m told to take my nose ring out or they won’t proceed with Xrays-ehhhhh, not REALLY a big deal except taking that thing out just isn’t that easy. I’m more perturbed that I had the exact same nose ring in the last time & it wasn’t a big deal then, AND they failed to inform me... read more

They promised me 'perfect dentures.;' After taking $1800. of my money, (leaving me to owe $1600.), Dr. Carren Langford pulled all of my teeth, and walked out of the office. An assistant came in to take me to X-Ray! She broke my tooth, leaving a piece in. I had to do X-rays with my entire mouth bleeding profusely! Now, my dentures don't fit, (top ones fall right out!) and I have to pay $1000. to an oral surgeon to remove the piece of tooth! Oh..and the Assistant on my procedure was the lady doing the financing up front..NOT A... read more

They say pay I full upon service yet they didn’t give me the full bill and then have tried to bill me a price difference that wasn’t agreed upon or quoted to me. They should have given me the entire bill that day. I didn’t have insurance I was using my credits card. I signed a price agreement the extra amount was not included.

I went one evening. I felt as if I was being highly pressured. I was quoted a price and told that it covered all procedures. I told them I wanted to think about it, next thing I knew I was approved credit from Comfort Care. I am still not sure how I qualified for this. I was never asked to fill a credit application out. When beginning the procedure of fitting for Dentures the proper procedure and steps were not done correctly. During the process of extracting my 6 front teeth the dentist didn't numb me properly. I tried to ... read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Shame on you Lawton Aspen Dental. It's obvious that anyone I came in contact within your office is strictly there to collect a paycheck, Doctor and Lab Tech included. You may want to rethink your job security and treat the people who actually keep you in business with a little more respect and dignity before everyone else transfers their business to the Ardmore Aspen Dental like I did. I disrespected by Dr. Langford and humiliated by their Lab Tech. When your spending over $2500 for a set of den... read more

None everything from the dentist not letting spouces sit in and clearly not understanding the purpose of medicine as well as not completing a tooth extraction plus single dentist trying to work on more than one person at a time there is nothing redeeming about this office and they need to have their license and practice pulled before they cause irreversible harm

As I type I've been in the lobby for 1.5 hours. I came with my spouse who has an abscess and is in considerable pain. We waited in the full lobby for an hour before he was called back. I was asked to wait and thought it might be while he got xrays. Seeing that he was escorted to a room, I asked and was told family members were not allowed in exams. We could have been told that up front and I wouldn't have taken leave from work. Is my time not as valuable as the dentist? I sit here in front of a TV that is not turned on while... read more
