I think aspen is all about money and not people. I had had a bridge done in 2015 it cracked this year, now you would think because you are a past patient that they would give you a good deal. Oh no I have to pay the same price as I did from the first time (really). I’m going to find a different doctor, maybe they will take better care of their patients.
Fraud. They are dishonest and very rude. They are trying to have patients pay for write off amount after insurance payment . They diagnosis for unnecessary services to make more money. DO NOT USE. MILITARY DO NOT USE
Nothing like being harassed for a $32 bill daily. Constantly answering the same call from a collection company and Aspen not being able to do their part and report that the $32 bill had been paid months ago. She used profanity towards me. I really don't appreciate it. I'll never use another Aspen dental in my life.
My spouse's expensive dentures look very toothy and unnatural. I've told them about this every step of the way. They keep telling us to give them a chance, and that he'll get used to them. They even argued with us, saying that we approved them. While this is true, it was always under the expectation of satisfaction. We need a remake, or a refund. I'm not going to argue any more.
I do not like going to the dentist because the last few times were extremely painful but the people at Aspen Dental were great. It had been even longer since I had my teeth cleaned because the last time was the worst experience I had ever had at the dentist. I had my teeth cleaned and Stefanie Perez, RDH cleaned mine, she was wonderful and there was very little pain.
Front desk wasn't very friendly. Dentist was nice when I set up my next appointment they asked for a deposit! I've never been asked for a dental appointment deposit before.
Not happy at all. I went in to get two teeth pulled and after they told me I needed over 5000 worth of work I was afraid to have anything done or sign any papers. I have a dentist but he does not pull teeth. So I left and still have my teeth. Not sure what I will do now. Every one was very nice but that is more money than I could ever pay for. On phone they said one price and when I got there it was another price.
When a customer calls wanting an appointment! make it, you just lost out on our money. My husband doesn't care what it cost for his top plate partial. He needs it.. don't understand why companies are so stupid.. and what even crazier he wanted to talk to the manager they said you have to make an appointment for that! But won't let him make an appointment to spend money get your priorities straight people!
