I have been waiting to be seen with a toothache since 130pm it's 4:15pm and still have not been seen! I won't be coming here ever again or referring anyone anytime soon!
So I went to my Dentist appointment today and it turns out that when I had my 2 wisdom teeth removed they had charged me $250.00 just for the Dr. To WRITE THE PRESCRIPTION for a mild seditive for 3 pills of .triazolam in which I had to go to the pharmacy to get it filled and pay out of pocket which cost me $25.00 This is just ridiculous, and the stupidest thing I ever heard. My denture doesn't fit AT ALL. I can't chew with it and have lost nearly 15 pounds! They refuse to correct the problem unless I spend more money on things.
It took from the fifth to the 14th to get upper denture made. I went in yesterday and the receptionist handed me a baggie with the plate in it. I had to go into office. Tried them on and the were hurting my gums. She told me to wear them for a week or two and that should go away. I persisted and finally A dental person shaved off the extra stuff and it was better. They are very unprofessional and misleading. Warning to all stay away. Don't waste your money and time there
They screwed up my guarantee on my bill. Even though I reminded on three different occasions if the procedure was already paid for or not. They assured it it was. And of course it wasn't and now I owe 2000 dollars. Have given them since around feb. to fix it. And still nothing and now I'm getting collection letters in the mail. I hate to have to sue because I expect people to do the right thing. But the longer this goes on the longer I suspect they they aren't going to live up to their contract.
They just never have there stuff together. They send my partial out, but it has never lasted more than 3 months! I'm kind of at my wits end. They are the nicest people. If I didn't love some of the staff, there's no way they would get a two. If you can avoid flexilyte partials, Do So! Regrets, so many regrets! Miss you, Dr. Brewer!
