I am totally happy with the look and fit of my new, SMILE that I received after only three appointments! I had a an emergency Dental issue and was leaving on vacation and the Lockport office said they could restore my smile for me in time and they did! The staff were awesome. But was quoted a price over the phone by the call center, I ended up paying $100.00 more than quoted by the call center. But again, the staff was awesome.

Aspen dental in Lockport Illinois was absolutely terrificI called them as a new patient early in the morning and they got me in within a couple hours to help me get out of pain and get scheduled to have my teeth pulled to get dentures place this is the best service I have ever ever received and I would recommend them to anyone! the dental surgeon Dr Shah is nice and knows how to make you comfortable and nice fitting teeth,! she and the other technicians and dental Hygeinists are helpful and sweet and the receptionists were informative and kind and made me feel beautiful again!

I'd actually like to see a "Maybe" button for recommendation. Getting an appointment is easy, the dentists are great and listen to what I had to say. My issue is with the billing. I had questions about why pricing changes that were never fully addressed. I keep getting mail from my insurance on why claim hasn't been processed; it's on the Aspen side and they can't seem to the simplest basic information correct.🤨😔
I absolutely recommend Lockport Aspen Dental to anyone. They are the best all the way around. From the front desk all the way back to the dentist and all inbetween. They are caring and will work as many angels as possible to help you get what you need financially. They put your fears at ease.
