Best dentist visit ever. Everyone very nice, accommodating and personable. They talk about options and make a plan for dental treatment. Very highly recommended!!!!

0/5 stars Worst place ever, they steal down payments and then charge your insurance for the same payment. When I tried to get my money back they refused. I would rather shit in my hands and clap than ever see these shady people again. 0 stars find a better facility

I had 2 partials made to the tune of 2000. I had gone back at least 3 times wanting my money back. Every time they said we can adjust them. I was there in Feb wanting my money back, again they adjusted them and told me to try them. Then COVID struck. I received a call today stating I can't get my money back bcuz they are out of warranty time to get a refund. I've tried numerous times to get my money back. I don't feel it's my fault. Basically wasted 2000 for something I can't use. I'll be having my attorney looking into this... read more

I am in so much pain due to my new filling falling out. was told I could have the 5pm appointment and it was ok for me to call back to confirm. i called back 3 times and left a vm begging for that spot.now I'm told they cannot see me till thursday. I love the dentist but trying to get in for emergencies is a joke.

HORRIBLE THE OFFICE MANAGER CONTACTED ME AFTER MY VISIT and stated that we didn't have time to verify your insurance so you have to pay. Mind u I was told they verified it before my appointment. 2nd I went in for a check up and cleaning. Afterward to find out they added a bunch of add on to the cleaning that wasn't covered by the insurance, and gave me no option to choose if I wanted them or not, they just did them... with out my consent
