I spent almost $10,000 and when appointment time they call the night before and cancel not once but 3 times I guess they don't want any repeat customers

Absolutely not....I had my first consultation in October 2019...after my initial workup I was told I would meet with someone who would go over my plan of care but when I went to the from office I was told couldn't do it that day as they were closing the office early. I made numerous telephone calls to Aspen to see what I needed to do first as I had several problems ...no calls back!! Dr Michael Thompson said he was unable to make new dentures because my mouth was too small and I had bone absorption of my lower jaw. Then he sent a referral to a prosthodontics dr saying “I was an unhappy” patient but never mentioning his lack of confidence in his dental ability.
They get you in there with a free consult and x-rays. Then they refuse to do a normal cleaning. They want you to have gum treatments with a $1400 bill. Ridiculous.
I made an appointment for 11:45 to have my denture repaired and they called to change it to 11:00 which I had to hurry to make it. I was there on time but I wasn’t seen until 12:30. They insisted on doing an X-ray then a dental checkup which I didn’t need! My regular dentist was closed for vacation. Finally at 1:30 I was told I had to wait for the lab person to come back from lunch at 2:00 in order to do my repair. I finally got out of there at 2:45. All I wanted was a repair to my denture! Never going back there again!!!
receptionist was very rude..no communication or signs when closed for lunch..needed meds at 8 am..they were not even called in until after 5 pm..even though I called twice to tell them that dentist said start immediately..only nice person there was the female dentist.
