My number one reason of going was for a regular cleaning but instead was given a polishing (This was after my 2nd app where I had fixed my gingivitis). Super unhappy by this. Hygienist who examined my teeth was rude and belittled me for asking questions about procedure. I waited more than an hour for a ten minute polish. Front desk was super nice. I had high hopes but very sad for being treated in a demeaning way and wasted money for something very simple.

My experience with Aspen was about a 3 out of 5. I first arrived and the receptionist was very nice, I then waited for about 26 minutes to be taken back which I thought was pointless because they asked me to arrive 15 minutes early so I could have only waited about 10 minutes if I didn’t get there early. horrible dentists receptionist is a distasteful. Manager needs a safe space for not knowing how to run a business. Customer service offers free cleanings just for office to not give free cleanings after months of waiting just because they know it will take months to get another one. This company is running a scam to waste your time to get it done at there office or wait months to get checked by another office. this company wants your money for the failing business do not go. Aspen Dental, the care received and the office staff are a disgrace to the dental professional. I went in with a dental emergency, after waiting over an hour (with a scheduled appointment) the actual dentist (Dr.Thomson) was in the exam room with me less then 5 minutes. Was very rough with my obviously swollen face, due to the infection I have. I was told they could not perform the procedure I needed, and referred me to somewhere else. Staff was rude calling my a B**** and told me I was not allowed to leave after sitting there for well over 2 hours. Staff name was Jordan and she was super disrespectful to me. And they won’t help people unless you PAY FIRST which is ridiculous I will NEVER recommend them at all I had an appointment they called me to cancel it because my person was “sick” which was not true

They won't perform a simple cleaning unless you agree to their $2,000 gingervitus treatment. Went and got a 2nd opinion and the dentist said that they hear new customers make similar comments all the time.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team members have made both of my experiences here a breeze. The staff has been incredibly prompt in communication and booking my appointments, and the dentists are skilled, thorough, and encouraging.
