Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. first, I received a call stating that my daughter's insurance was not accepted, then they called back and said it is. told appt was scheduled for 8:45, received a text saying 9:15, then when we arrive it's for 9:30. sat for 2 hours watching the waiting area empty of all waiting patients 3 times before being called back. x-rays were done, no examination was done as my daughter has lockjaw, but dentist didn't even attempt to view an abscess that my daughter has bursting out. staff is rude, confrontational, Justice accused a ge... read more

This has been the worst experience of my life trying to get my dentures. This adventure started in July 2021. I have still not received my permanent dentures. Why you ask? Because Jan 2022 I got my permanent dentures. We tried them on and couldn't even get them on. Then they realized that I had bones sticking out of my gums and that's why the denture wouldn't fit. So then the dentist grinded the bones down. After healing I went back and they realized that the dentist didn't do all of it. So then they sent me to their Oral Su... read more

They do not keep their appointments and have the poorest excuses.

1st appt was told to come back. 2nd appt long wait. For my scheduled 3rd appt, I called to verify and was given a different time for my cleaning and Roberts appt was cancelled. Next call from Aspen was to cancel my appt for today and tomorrow. Told Aspen to cancel all appointments. Very unreliable in Lynchburg Va.

scheduled an appointment for my wife and myself on the same day, may 19th. We got there early only to find tha/ they were closed. We had confirmed our appointments and everything just 2 days ago. They did not reach out to reschedule in any way, shape, form or fashion. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional office.
