Scheduled appt online for a dental emergency. When I arrived Told me my appt was cancelled because of no verbal confirmation. It did not mention this online nor did anyone from Aspen call to confirm. All they would say was they don’t recommend scheduling online. Finally saw me after insistence. The hygienist was rude, refused to listen to anything I was trying to say, and doing everything in her power to not have to work with me. Scheduled my appointment for 4/23 as I received a message that the office would be open on Saturday. The office called me telling me that they would now be closed and needed to reschedule. The front desk person tried to tell me I needed to call corporate to set up the appointment since I was new but I explained I’ve been a patient for over a year and I thought we straightened it out. Called toll free number and got an appointment. Received text stating appointment 1/4 at 10:45 same as I was told on the phone. Got there and was told appointment at 10. Showed text, computer was blamed. Might see me at 1 if person doesn’t show up. What should I do while waiting for a possible appointment? Decided to move on. Forget Aspen Dental. Husband had a 3/1 appointment just received a call today 2/24 stating Dr wouldn’t be available and had to move appointment to July 5th! Crazy making. Forget Aspen Dental.

Following CDC and Osha protocols better. A more consistent staff (always see new people working there). More patient care. Better education for the patients recommended treatment.

My mom has been with aspen for a few months now and in that time they have throughly screwed her over time and time again . She had a tooth fall out and needed it replaced. upon that appointment they figured out she was really going to need 4 teeth taken out to fix the issue . She agreed and had another appointment after that and they figured out once again she needed 7 teeth taken out and a bridge replacement - she had them call me (her daughter) and discuss the issues before she agreed and we did we agreed and paid in full... read more

I cannot say enough horrible things about this place. Please avoid at any costs. I've never seen more incompetent 'professionals' in my life.

Lynchburg, VA NEVER AGAIN! They can't keep employees, their service is AWFUL! Husband went to them in MARCH and he STILL hasn't finished his dental care with them because they do not have employees, appointments and now the Roanoke location is taking their phone calls for the next few days????? We can't get an emergency appointment nor can we get answers on dental claims filed wrong!!! Do NOT waste your time or money with them!!!

I am a past employee of Aspen Dental Lynchburg. I would not recommend anyone for a patient or employee of this practice. It is terribly managed, patients are not valued, employees get run into the dirt. All these people care about is money. The higher management is disrespectful and down right sad. I have never worked for such awful people. After almost a year of working here, all I have gotten is mental drain and so much physical toll. I have had issues every single time I have come to this office. I have waited anywhere from an hour to two hours for my scheduled procedure to start every time (even when I was the first appointment at 8am). They have never finish the procedures in the appointment slot that was scheduled. They have messed up three times for this one procedure which meant I had to come back three extra times to redo the same step over again.
