although everyone was professional and courtieous...the bottom line is unless you have dental insurance or can pay out of pocket...you are expedited very quickly. I was hoping and praying for finally getting help for much needed dental work after years of suffering but very quickly and politely shown the door. Anything. I have been here since 3:15 and the visit wasn’t even finished. I still have to talk to the consultant and never even saw the actual dentist.
I came in to get a partial replaced. Aspen would not do it without a $1100 gun treatment that I don't need. RIP off.
I have been trying to get a bridge replaced since 3/21/19. The dentist drilled a hole in my tongue on the first trip, temporary bridge fell apart--had to get it replaced. Went back to get the permanent bridge put on 4/10/19--didn't fit-ordered a new one to be put on 4/26/19- received a call today that it's not in and the appt is rescheduled again for 5/7/19. I am ready to scream and all they can say is "sorry". They have had my $4000.00 since day one and I still don't have a bridge.
I arrived for my first appointment and met with a receptionist who, despite having seen me walk in, didn't care that I was there. She didn't acknowledge me and, whilst I stood waiting for her attention, she even took the time to answer her personal cellphone. When she finally did speak, it was to ask me what I wanted. Simple too too expenses much more expenses than my regular dentist
This place is clean, has state of the art technology, and friendly staff but are trying to pay for it all out of your pockets. Went in for a simply cleaning bc I couldn’t get into my regular dentist. After X-rays I was told I had periodontal gum disease, four cavities, and need a root canal. Cost $3867.00. Truth, I only have one cavity. Stay clear...

Highly recommended if you want your sanity tested and your time wasted. Their front desk lady is highly unprofessional, is aware of it, and simply does not care. During the TWO hours that it took for them to do my initial screening, X-rays and consultation with the dentist, the front desk woman had still not processed my information, so I had to wait even longer to leave because she failed to ask for my insurance information upon my arrival (even though it was clearly printed on my paperwork). When I called I thought I was marking an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I am a new patient so x-rays we needed. the tech was either brand new or his first time doing procedure by himself, but it took 4 attempts on both sides of my mouth to get the shots. I have never had an issue with bitewings before so not sure if it was the size of the bitewings he was using or he was nervous. he was professional and apologized for taking so long.
