I made an appointment for a cleaning. After being their for 2 hours, only getting X-rays and an "exam", most of the time was spent alone in the room watching tv, they said they were done and we could talk about costs. I said I needed my teeth cleaned and booked a specific appointment for that. They said "No, we don't do cleanings on your first visit." A total waste of 2 hours! Very unprofessional.
I have been coming to Aspen for years and always had good service till now. A few days ago I had to cancel my son's 6 month check up and teeth cleaning because of a school conflict. I wanted to reschedule and was told it would be 6 months before he could be seen. Are you kidding me??? A six month wait to reschedule a teeth cleaning?? That would be August. I'm very disappointed with this office. I've been going here for years and have had wonderful care from Dr Patel and his staff but today I have had it. I had a cleaning appointment scheduled in September that I schedule at my last cleaning. I was called to move it and I did to 10/27. I was called on 10/26 to move my appointment once again to 11/16. I was sorely disappointed with this dental facility. I had a consult for an oral surgery I need done. Dentist was nice but my problem was with the financial consult that immediately followed. I was told some convoluted story about how I had to pay for the sedation up front (a little over $1100 for the sedation alone, YIKES!!) to even book the appointment and after it was paid and the procedure was over I could then submit it to my insurance for reimbursement, something about ...
