Very pleased with the way I was treated. Everyone who did anything for me was extremely friendly and helpful. The office is over 2 hrs away and that is inconvenient to have to drive that far. The lobby was extremely hot (80 degrees)that was the only complaint that I had. I am going in on the 4th of August so we will continue this rating review then. :)
My experience started out well, but ended terribly. I came for a dental checkup as a new patient and then found out I needed a tooth extracted. After receiving this information, I decided to get it extracted that day because I was told the dentist could fit me in. Once the extraction process started, it was discovered that I wasn't given enough anesthesia to numb the pain and I was given more.
