The people were personable but my appointment was for 9am and I didn't leave till just before 11am. I had to wait 30mins just to be called back for xrays, I was just about to walk out. Everyone kept apologizing, that they were overbooked. Finally got in the dental chair after xrays and found dirty surfaces, not an experience I want to repeat.
All the staff are very pleasant and caring, until you reach the billing Dept. I was amazed at the current price for work that was 50% less a year or so ago. I was told, we finance if the figure is a problem? Not sure what that means as far as Aspen Dental in my future?
I've put off going to the dentist for a long time due to horrible experiences. I was expecting to leave Aspen with another bad experience but found a hardworking caring team. I was talked to like a person and the Dentist wasn't horribly rough. It was my first good experience in a very long time and I thank them for that.
The staff is friendly. The dentist is knowledgeable and nice. They charge more than the average price and the office manager is rude when talking about payment/insurance coverage. I felt she was judgmental. That ended my experience. I have scheduled to have the work done somewhere else.
Good service once I was taken back to the exam area. However they must be more conscious of time when they over book. Patients have schedules and their time is valuable too. Appointment times are made for a reason.
Not impressed at all with this place...Had dentures done about a year and a half ago, and both the temporary set( which fits better) and the permanent set( which fits like crap) should still BOTH be under warranty...Yet they try to gouge me for 170 dollars for a soft reline and 240 bucks for a hard reline, despite me having dental insurance, to top it all off, the receptionist was very rude and condescending. Sucked. Dr was very ignorant, then cute me. The spot she cut me got infected. I had to go see my family dr because aspen couldnt get me in. Then to get a letter in the mail trlling me I paid to much and will be sent a refund. Still waiting. What a joke.
I would RATE THIS NEGATIVE FIVE if i could...Unless you read the entirely WORD FOR WORD and SPECIFICALLY ask each sentence to be explained...the pages of the contract prior to signing it...OF COURSE, including the FINE PRINT...This will be your response as your charged each time more and more...
