the dentist was good but didn't spend much time with me. i felt rushed...and then I found out you need good credit to get a payment plan, so I wont be able to get any work done anyway.
I had a horrific experience there at the beginning of the month and just found out today that the dentist I had is also the owner of this business. Based on this information, this particular location is hopeless. Really ticked off right now. My husband had a consult this evening, only to find out after he got there you don't accept our insurance. Mind you, he asked while making the appointment on the phone, only to be told "that information can't be shared". Give me a freaking break! Trip there was a total waste of time of his and the person that brought him, since he is disabled and unable to drive himself.
It's a insurance digging chop shop. They did unnecessary x-rays and used top of the line fillings without giving me options or telling me there may be additional uncovered costs. At one point before leaving they were telling me how amazed they were at my dental program because it had authorized $1800 worth of work.
Horrible experience. Beware of you get financing they charge it way before your appointment. Didn't feel comfortable there what so ever. Staff was friendly and all but claimed I needed more done then I really needed not to mention highly expensive and wasn't even aware I was signing up for financing until the end.
This is going by husbands account of his visit. Well husband was there today for a 3:00pm appt. Didn't get in till 4:15. Something with paperwork mix up? No idea. Then he proceeds to say that the instruments did not have plastic covers on, were they clean and sanitized? The place is an over price dentist office 3800. To have 5 teeth pulled for my wife. That is 750 a tooth. That is stealing in my book. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you have insurance that would be over charging them. That is only using novacaine. Then they have enough nerve to say you can take one out at a time. I had 4 taking out for 350.
