I walked out of there scratching my head after getting the price for the dentures. I was quoted a total cost at $3,666 for their top-of-the-line denture. Insurance would pay $1,066. ripped out my mom's teeth for dentures said her teeth couldn't be saved, 63 with dentures that don't fit went to another dentist, oh and not to mention the price they quoted required another 6000.00. horrible place, horrible practices. oh and the itemized bill included work and dates that were never completed. this was the mechanicsburg ,Pa office. insurance paid and still left me with a bill.
Scam artists and wasted my time. They have a group of women running the office i wouldnt let in charge of a crayon box
Do not come to this dentist. They are the worst. They bill you for visits that never happened and make you wait forever in the waiting room. They have really nice leather seats in the waiting room. Worst experience of my life. I have never endured so much pain and stress. Went for an extraction, jaw bone was fractured during the process by Dr. Spent the next day at oral surgeons office for 6 hours. Never again!
Horrible customer service. I have to schedule eve hours due to my work hours. 3rd time they have cancelled my appointment! Always some excuse.... hygienist sick, hygienist quit, Dr doesn't want to work that late, Dr child sick.... Why do they offer eve hours if they can't staff them? Their website advertises Saturday hours by appointment.... they have never been able to schedule me on a Saturday. Looking for a new dentist!
I went to Aspen Dental for a cleaning. The dental hygienist was Katrina. She did excellent work. The last time I was there the hygienist could not get stains from coffee removed from my lower teeth in the front. Free Katrina the answer was no problem! Good work. Give that girl a raise!
As much as dentists have the reputation of pain, drilling, and all sorts of uncomfortable feelings, Aspen really disproved all them fears. Even my wallet wasn't hurt.
