I have a terrible fear of going to a dentist and it had been a long time. Ryan came to take me for my x-rays and she made me feel so much better.A lovely girl did a wonderful job. Then the big meeting with Dr Villaire What was I worried about he is fantastic i know my blood pressure went down and i can relax a bit. Then on to Sarah who worked hard on the financial plan and what a great job she did . Could not have asked for better care. Thankyou
My family has recently changed insurance companies and Aspen is on the plan. Mostly the staff seems friendly enough, but it seems to be one thing after another that leaves me scratching my head. Appointment reminders for appointments I didn't make, making appointments and getting reminders , but showing up and am scheduled for a different time then what my reminder says. Took my son in and they weren't aware of what he was there for. After waiting 40 minutes after our appointment time, my daughter's cleaning only took 11 min... read more
