In April of 2017 I needed to have a procedure done pretty quick and Aspen Dental was the only place that could start it in a timely manner. Everything was fine up until the last few phases of this procedure. Lack of communication between the oral surgeon and the dentist caused so much stress. Firstly the definition of an emergency visit usually means they will actually do something. The negligence and just lack of overall professionalism or empathy for someone in pain was baffling. They did nothing to help me I would never go there ever again it's the Walmart of teeth pullers that don't even want to pull your teeth half the time.. the lady that took my x-rays was nice though.. they treated me like I was trying to get something for nothing mean while I have great insurance

I have never met a more incompetent pair of doctors until I experienced hell ☠️👺 at Aspen Dental, holy shit💩. Dr.Valarie is a rude dick head that will shove the novacane needle inside your tooth and then tell your not to swear while he tortures you during your root canal or when he's filling your cavities. He stops during the procedure and told me not to swear when I said "HOLY SHIT THAT HURT." After I was in sever pain from having a fucking needle shoved up the hole in my fucking tooth. I had a horrible experience wiph these people today. I had to have a back upper molar removed I've had to remove before in the past they left shards of tooth and maybe bone sharp and poking out when I went back in to complain five minutes after I left I asked him to please take a look at it and they laughed at me and said that they don't make mistakes like that and that my skin I'll just grow over it. I'm in terrible pain right now and I'm so upset with these people I'm going to contact a lawyer.

Can anyone tell me if this is the same Dr Villaire that worked at Associates in Dental Care on Transportation Blvd. in Garfield Hts.? I was his patient for many years there and they closed their practice without much of a warning and I am very unhappy with the new dentist...I am trying to find Dr Villaire to keep going to him...so frustrated...
I had my wisdom teeth removed. My insurance covers half.my insurance wants a written narrative as to why I needed them out after age 30 for my insurance to cover half.well Its been almost a year and they still haven't submitted my claim properly with written narrative.
