I began my Invisalign journey in Lansing, Mi. The office and staff there were all great. Then amidst Covid-19 I moved home to finish law school remotely. Before I moved I called both the Lansing and the Mentor location to ensure that I would be able to continue my treatment in mentor. I was told yes. Aspen dental overcharged me $50 and sent me a bill saying I owe them $177. I paid $383 cash for a $333 bill and they will not refund my cash back. this place has awful staff members who lie and cheat. they are horrible and should be shut down. formal complaints have been filed with corporate and I have read many horrible reviews about them today. do not go.
Went in to have a cracked tooth handled. The hygienist was stabbing me to the point that I tasted blood. I asked her if she could do what she had to do without stabbing me, she basically said no. Saw the doctor for roughly one minute. Before leaving Aspen insists that you sit down for a high pressure sales session where they attempt to force all these extra procedures. The Friday afternoon manager of this Aspen Dental location was extremely rude and aggressive, trying to bully my Colombian friend into paying $156 in charges that she never agreed to. I am from Mentor and was present the entire time and intervened. I am embarrassed that someone in our community would treat a foreigner this way.
whatever you do don’t go to Aspen Dental. i got my wisdom teeth removed in june from them and they sewed my mouth horribly and i had some sort of blister on my gum form and they basically acted like they didn’t cause it even though i woke up from anesthesia with it and couldn’t do anything about it. they also only have a specialist come in 2 times a month and if you need your mouth checked up they’ll want you to travel to whatever location the doctor who did your surgery is at just for a check up.
The office manager is nasty and lied to me on numerous occasions. Also, the work wasn't done correctly and my daughter now needs to go to a different dentist to have it fixed. And after calling and leaving messages for months, I never once received a return call. Called corporate several times and they never called back either. Worst business I've ever dealt with.
